Very attentive to details, resourceful in providing info about contractors, inspection folks, windows etc. she helped us negotiate for inspection issues with seller and always knew the best price point. On the closing day, a maintenance situation arrived but Peggy in her thorough professionalism resolved the matter as part of final walk through and then ensured settlement happens. I have dealt with so many other realtors for our past purchases and she is by far the best! If I ever buy a home again in this area, I know who to call! We lucked into finding her through Zillow and I feel so fortunate that we did. She took us to see many houses and was always courteous and gave us space while we looked through all the rooms. She was also very knowledgeable and answered so many questions for us and was quick to get back to us as well. She also showed us things along the way to look out for and consider when purchasing a home.
